今天的教学反思
我的例常是:先读、讲解,后做练习。
听课的,明白的,他们可以很快地完成练习;
差的,弱的一群,也往往是不专心听课的,做练习也习惯性地作弊,要不就把答案改至我点头说对为止。
我并不希望你们都拿一百分;最重要的是我教的,你们都能明白。
话说回来,我该面对事实:你们并不全都明白。我错了,我不该气你们,更不该在那个时候气。
